DiaspoApp is a business intelligence software designed for diaspora communities to manage their membership database, harness their expertise for national development and promote diaspora business investment in their country of orgin. The App is developed on the world robust exadata and strong database (Oracle) with many modules such as Diaspora Database for Diaspora communities, Consular ERP for consular and diplomatic mission, Country ERP for configuring administrative divisions of both country of origin and country of residence among others.
In her speech, the Head of Mission of Benin Embassy in Accra, Mrs Martine-Francoise Dossa congratulated the developers of the App for providing a good solution to help the diasporans to connect to their embassies and get consular support. In describing DiaspoApp which she happened to be the first user with all the Benin Diaspora Communities under her jurisdiction, she said “DiaspoApp offers me the Business Intelligence tools to quickly connect to the 10 countries under my jurisdiction, accurately locate and easily communicate with
them and take useful feedback of their requests, suggestions, complaints and as well as their observations, challenges and recommendations during their community meetings.
The launching brought together diaspora communities from Guinea Conakry, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana among others. The diaspora communities thanked the developers for doing a great job and pledged to train their community members to use the app and joined the happy users like Benin.
Sir Nicky, the CEO of BTC Group presented the DiaspoApp Concept and called on the communities to sign up to the App and get the members connected to their various consular and diplomatic missions. The Chairman and Founder of BTC Mr. Augustin Codjo HOUDE who is also the developer of DiaspoApp took the participants through the various modules: how to register a new member, how to use Consular ERP, Country ERP, DiaspoSMS, DiaspoEmail and User Administrations among others.
